• Take 250gms of brown rice and soak it in water for overnight. The more you soak brown rice, the less time it will take to cook.

• Now take 500ml water in a saucepan or boiling utensil as per your convenience and bring it to boil.
• Add soaked brown rice into the water and boil it for 30 minutes in total by covering it with a lid.

• Once the brown rice is cooked don’t remove it from the flame, instead, let it stay 10 – 15 minutes and then serve hot.
